Y-3 PRESENTS NEWEST SPRING/SUMMER 2025 COLLECTION
Yohji Yamamoto’s unique take on fashion and Adidas’ technical excellence collided once more for Y-3’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection. Three key design principles guided the creative process: Aeration, Reflex and Superposition, echoing the emblematic three stripes. The presentation introduces Y-3’s collaborative collection with the reveal of the official on pitch jersey of the Japan Football Association (JFA), seen in both the blue flame ‘home’ and red flame ‘away’ kits.

Paris’ Salle Pleyel witnessed a symphony of reworked outerwear, technical mesh iterated as a vest for the street met a reconstructed gown made of individual squares of adiZero. Tailoring featuring trailing threads implemented endless movement, all infused with a touch of sportswear.
Footwear got reinvented with two avant-garde models: the Y-3 ZODAI, a fresh take on the adidas Superstar, and the Y-3 REGU, channeling a low-profile shoe from the first ever Yohji and Adidas collaboration. Exploration passes through colours, touches of blue and red creating a harmonious combination with Yohji Yamamoto’s emblematic black.
