Ludovic de Saint Sernin recently released the official campaign for his A/W24 collection in homage to the legendary photograph Robert Mapplethorpe. The collection was a big hit after its revelation at the New York Fashion Week, praised for its sensuality and transgression. Shot in a simple setting reminiscent of a magazine cover, the campaign retrieves the same concepts of erotism and boldness.

Captured in New York by photograph Ethan James Green, the campaign features models Angelina Kendall, Nonso Ojukwu, Sascha Rajasalu and Kirill Romanenko. Ludovic de Saint Sernin himself crossed the curtain and took part in the photoshoot.

The designer channeled the LdSS spirit by wearing two different outfits – a leather ensemble composed of a leather jacket, tie and matching and a mini dress covered in eyelets emblematic of the house. The duality and eclectism of the brand is embodied by its creator in a statement of freedom and liberation: to make every clothes gender-fluid and end the gendering process of clothing.
