The oldest operating French couture house lands at the iconic retail store Galeries Lafayette. Lanvin has been an important institution in the fashion world since 1889, when visionary Jeanne Lanvin decided that the Parisian needed novelty and prestige to materialize in their wardrobe. This ready-to-wear corner will complement the existing Lanvin footwear collection in the basement of the Galeries. To honor the opening, selected pieces from the Lanvin collection will be showcased in the grand windows along Boulevard Haussmann during the summer.

Lanvin’ spirit was the guiding light when conceiving the corner, a wood and stone display of neo-classical inspiration and a touch of Art Deco influence. The choice of the finest materials reminiscent of Jean-Michel Frank’s interior meet the burnished brass and hand-hammered surfaces evoking Pierre Frey’s Litho armchairs.

In a symphony of grace and elegance, the Autumn 2024 Lanvin collection will be available for our greatest joy, as well as signature accessories such as the Arpège Bag, the Cat Bag, or the Sequence clutch. The increasingly demanded jewelry line will also be available for buying, with the recently launched Traviata line.
